🇮🇷 Iran · tenders · suppliers · agencies
Your private intelligence officer for Iranian government procurement.
Iranian public bodies are required to publish their contract awards on per-agency Shafaf (transparency) portals. Sell to State indexes those disclosures in English. Coverage today is the Ministry of ICT — 439 awards with contract values, winning suppliers and, unusually, the full list of competing bidders. Further agencies are added as their portals become reachable.

How Sell to State works.
Three steps between you and every Iranian government tender.
Ask in Plain English
Type your query in English. Petrochemical plant maintenance, domestic manufacturing contracts, or municipal infrastructure — Sell to State understands Iran’s procurement categories.
Or perhaps: “Which agencies are looking for cybersecurity consultants?”
Sell to State Reads the Shafaf Disclosures
Sell to State parses each agency’s Shafaf contract register — Persian dates, Rial amounts and Farsi supplier names normalised into one searchable schema. Coverage is per-agency and stated plainly on every page, not implied.
Iran’s government procurement portal publishes thousands of opportunities. Sell to State reads them all so you can read none.
Receive Structured Contract Data
You receive structured records with the tender reference, procuring body, contract value in IRR, the winning supplier and every disclosed bidder — the competition data that is hardest to assemble by hand.
Clean. Structured. Ready for your pipeline.
