The dataset, programmatic.
Same data, three ways to reach it. Wire procurement awards into an AI agent over MCP, script it from the CLI, or pull JSON straight from the REST API. One API key covers all 194 countries.
- MCP server — Query in natural language from Claude, Cursor or any MCP client.
- CLI — npm / pip / brew — search, filter and export from your terminal.
- REST API — Stable JSON endpoints; one bearer token, every country.

Counts are awarded contracts in the markets published on this site. A contract that spans two sectors is counted in both, so the tiles add up to more than the corpus total.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is Sell to State?
Sell to State is an AI-powered procurement search tool. It lets you query Singapore’s GeBIZ portal in plain English and receive structured contract data instantly.
What is GeBIZ?
GeBIZ (Government Electronic Business) is Singapore’s centralised e-procurement portal. Every public sector tender, quotation, and contract award is published here. Sell to State reads and indexes it continuously.
Who is Sell to State built for?
IT vendors, systems integrators, consultancies, engineering firms, and any supplier that bids on Singapore government contracts. If you sell to the public sector, Sell to State is for you.
How much does Sell to State cost?
One flat subscription, billed in USD: US$49/month, or US$499/year (save 15%). One price covers your whole team — no per-seat fees. Sign up to lock in early access pricing.
What data does Sell to State cover?
All GeBIZ procurement notices: open tenders, requests for quotation, tender amendments, awarded contracts, and category updates across every government agency and statutory board in Singapore.
Can I use Sell to State as an MCP server?
Yes. Sell to State exposes a Model Context Protocol interface, so you can query Singapore procurement data from any MCP-compatible AI assistant or IDE.
Can I see who won past GeBIZ contracts and for how much?
Yes. Sell to State indexes awarded contracts, not just open tenders. For any agency you can see the suppliers it has awarded to, the awarded amounts, and the award dates — and for any supplier, the full list of government contracts it has won. This is the data you use to size a competitor, benchmark pricing, or decide whether a tender is worth bidding.
Do I need to be a GeBIZ Trading Partner to use Sell to State?
No. GeBIZ Trading Partner registration is what you need to submit a bid to the Singapore government. Sell to State is the intelligence layer on top — you use it to find, qualify, and prioritise opportunities before you commit registration effort or bid resources. You still submit through GeBIZ itself.
How fresh is the data — will I miss a closing deadline?
Sell to State re-indexes GeBIZ continuously, so new notices, amendments, and award updates surface within minutes of publication. You can set alerts by agency, category, or keyword so a relevant tender reaches you the day it opens, not the week it closes.
