This ITT is to engage an enforcement agency to conduct spot checks at designated busking locations and commonly mis-used non-designated locations, remind buskers of T&Cs on the spot, send reminders to buskers when complaints are received about them, track incidents and reminders given, escalate to enforcement processes where necessary for repeat offenders, communicate with buskers where necessary,
