The design, manufacture at works, testing, quality assurance, training of Eskom personnel, delivery to Eskom sites or warehouses, off-loading and if required, erection, commissioning, decommissioning and disposal of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries its accessories and ancillary equipment on an "as and when require" basis for a period of five (5) years.
